Realtek Residential Services was formed in order to assist our commercial clients with their residential real estate needs. Over the years, clients have repeatedly requested that we provide them this service. In order to provide the best service possible, we have adopted several operating philosophies that we adhere to consistently.

We provide honest evaluations of properties in order to make them more marketable. It is our job to be brutally honest if that is what will make a house sell. Colors, furniture layout, lighting and curb appeal are all factors that dictate what sells and what does not. Sometimes the smallest detail can delay the largest sale.

Our clients deserve to have their valuables and home secured and respected during the listing process. To that end, we strive to qualify all parties prior to scheduling home tours. We also strive to have a Realtek Agent present at showings.

We negotiate our commissions. At Realtek, we are first, business professionals; and, second, we are real estate agents. Not all listings or acquisitions require the same amount of resources to service. We recognize this fact and adjust our fees accordingly.
